Associate Attorney

Philip H. YE

Background

After graduating from the University of California, Davis, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in both English and Communications, I worked in Seoul, South Korea for five years as an SAT Instructor, Curriculum Developer, and Academic Director.

I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law, where I had the opportunity to become a certified law clerk while volunteering at the Alona Cortese Elder Law Clinic and received the commitment to Service Award for the pro bono legal work I contributed as certified student counsel in a trial for limited conservatorship over a developmentally disabled adult who suffered physical and financial abuse. I also became a certified mediator through my participation in the Chapman Mediation Program, and volunteered in the Juvenile Mediation Clinic, where I received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.

During law school, I interned at an Orange County law firm that specialized in various aspects of law, including international and domestic business, real estate, employment, and trademarks and unfair competition. Prior to joining Ambrosi & Doerges, I was an associate attorney at a community association law firm, where I provided a variety of legal services for common interest developments, with a focus on assessment collections. My primary focus practice areas are estate planning, trust administration, corporate formation and maintenance.

In my spare time, I enjoy basketball, mixed martial arts, and cooking.
